The second season continues the stories of these five girlfriends, who once again have to find their way in love, their jobs, family and most importantly with each other. The five girlfriends are portrayed by Soumaya Ahouaoui (Amal), Asma El Mouden (Lamya), Jouman Fattal (Sofia), Dunya Khayame (Nisrine) and Sofia Yousfi (Samira).

Zina is produced by MediaLane and KRO-NCRV. The series is written by Fadua El Akchaoui, Dunya Khayame, Manju Reijmer & Daria Bukvić. It is directed by Fadua El Akchaoui and she and Daria Bukvić are also the creative producer of Zina.
