Imaginative Romaissa (12) from Rotterdam has had a troubled relationship with her mother since her father died. When she discovers that a property developer is going to demolish their flat, Romaissa and her best friend Lionel make a plan to refurbish the flat, motivating all the residents to join forces again as well.

When she discovers she has unexplained powers, her mission seems to succeed. But can she actually stop the demolition of the flat?
